ART 103

Art 103 provides an introductory survey of western art in the 19th and 20th centuries by addressing the impact of social, economic, technological, and political change on modern and post-modern art. The emphasis is on developing and enhancing the ability to understand works of art in their social and historical contexts. 

Student Learning Outcomes

Our goals for today include learning how to:

  • Navigate the Library's physical space
  • Locate information from the library catalog and the online databases.
  • Identify legitimate web based sources
  • Cite a resource using Chicago Style
